Spacious 4 bed family cottage in parkland setting

The garden was exceptional, and the house was very spacious. Everything we needed was there. The disabled access room was fantastic for mum with the wet room. The location was good for us, except the traffic did start early, which woke the kids up.

No instructions of how to use the hob etc. Most people may know, but we have gas cooker at home.

This was a family break for my husband and I,our 2 adult children, their partners and 2 grandchildren. We were blown away by the spacious kitchen area, the wooden decking area and the surrounding grounds. There was always something to do,the playground for our 3 year old granddaughter and the vast area for the footballer fanatics! The house was immaculate, the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms were all spotless. We would love to visit again but sadly the house has been sold. Lucie was always a text message away if we had any queries. Absolutely loved it!!

We won't be able to return.

The space, the house, the hot tub, what a spacious home. Comfy beds, kitchen equipped with everything, and the seating outside is brilliant for groups of friends. It's such a shame the house is now sold as we would have booked to go again next year. Lucie, the housekeeper, was so helpful prior to our arrival and was happy to answer questions. We didn't want to come home at all.

Although was in middle of what felt nowhere, there was a busy road that was used as a racetrack by bikes and cars. Especially on meeting days at the raceway. And was quite noisy but settled down in evenings.

All good size bedrooms, kitchen great for larger group and outdoor space brilliant.

Living room/tv area, didn't really work for us.

Beautiful property with plenty of space for our big family to run around…Outdoor area was absolutely stunning morning cuppa won’t quite be the same for a while…shame it’s being sold would have loved to come back and stay again

Hot tub, outside area,barbecue!!! The house was stunning inside and out!! The pictures don’t do it justice. My friends/family & were blown away on how gorgeous everything was! The beds were very comfortable, the fans were much needed and we appreciated them. The cutlery was A1!!! Top stuff!!!

The flies!!! 🤣

Gutted it’s being sold as we would have loved to rebook!
