V &A waterfront Canals Aircon Wrap around balcony

Location is a good reason to stay in there.

Not cleaning, many small cockroaches around kitchen area, the table was sticky, fridge was dirty, one of the cups with big crack, coffee plunger was broken. We were not comfortable to use kitchen facilities because of cleaning issue…

the bedding was clean, i liked the interior and the pool area, kitchen are was great it really gave a family home feeling. I also enjoyed waking up to the table mountain view, the breakfast area was very close also, i wouldn't mind recommending to the next person, i also loved reading as there were few books in the book shelf to keep myself busy, thank u for that. my overall stay was great except for the floor not being clean.

the whole apartment floor was not cleaned, i had to sweep and mop on my own but upon making payment i was charged the cleaning fee, i was so disappointed to find everything clean except for the floor

The lady assisting me gave me clear instructions. I just got lost when I arrived, as I wasn't sure about the name of the building and went straight to V &A Waterfront Canals.

I didn't like getting lost when I arrived, as I looked for V &A Waterfront Canals, instead of the actual building name. But it wasn't a train smash since the lady I called assisted me.

Location was perfect, loved the views and there was a cruise ship. Restaurant downstairs was amazing and the staff was helpful and friendly.

If there is one thing I could say is check out the bugs, something was biting me and my daughter. We got mosquito repellent but please check the beds.

Very clean ,,all facilities, very spacious,,staff excellent, will repeat stay many times and recommend friends and family ,

Not complaining but balcony not big enough to sunbathe ,,

Everything was amazing, would definitely recommend a stay there. Indoor safe parking and the accommodation was clean and had lovely views from each window. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes it ideal for business stays

The only difficulty was picking up the keys and not having the name of the establishment and specific instruction on how to find the person with the key and the actual place.
