Staff was good and location was good

Food lacked variety and the drinks were not consistent from bar to bar.

The location

The welcome drink, the Bell Man, were quite welcoming. The restaurants were inviting and easy to understand during the meal times, the staff that I interacted with were courteous and friendly.The room was on the seventh floor, it offered a lovely view of the pools the Zen and the caribbean sea. The yoga exercises was quite interactive and Helpful, as Gym had caused some tightness of our muscles. We had my Guest took some pictures via your giftshop staff, that highlighted her dress.I appreciated those especially. My guest enjoyed the facilities and ots conveniences for the most part.

I had made a special request via bookings.com for the 12th of August, which is My Guests birthday. I also went to guest services and reiterated the special request upon my arrival, However on the 12th, we didn't see the decorations that was requested just a plate of fruits upon our return from the pool. That was the main reason for chosing the resort as I had been to the Blue Waters prior and the room was up to expectations so a high bar was set for this return. She has been disappointed with the oversight of the request.

The food offering could have been better. The options were very limited

The pool was lovely. The Happy Anniversary on the food was a surprise and the room decorated. We had dinner at Calypso and one of the staff sang for us. It was fabulous excellent.

The food at the buffet wasn't tasty. I recommend more variety if meat such as Oxtail, pork, beef etc. The sports bar needed more jerk chicken, jerk pork fried, hot dog etc. More umbrella needed at the pools The app for reservations is not user friendly. More entrainment is needed The toilet was shaking in room 321

I went for the holiday and the decoration and food was amazing!

Didn’t have any problems at all!
