Nice location, enjoyed the pub - we had a small baby with a pram that affected our ability to walk through the countryside, beautiful cabins.

No negative reviews, weather was poor which affected the trip - purely external factor Water leak when we stayed within cabin 1 - minor inconvenience.

Let's start at the beginning. Cabin 2 larger one. Door sticks in and out struggle to lock without slamming shut. Blinds falling off a screws coming out. No water in one of the bathroom sinks, rang outdoor inns message back was.... the plumber put a sticker on it saying dont use last guests must have removed it, firstly we wasn't told, secondly i actually hope the cleaner removed it but not the point. Springs coming out of one of the mattresses in the right hand side room Cabin 1 small one. Gate latch doesn't lock completely misses the lines with each other. Supposed to be dog friendly fence is all down and rotten you cannot let your dog out. Door handle into bathroom coming off. Bed slats are broken one is snapped rest are bent to the point that we had to sleep on the floor because we don't weigh alot but if you weigh for than 15 stone you're gonna break the bed. Oh it was filthy we noticed when we moved the bed like disgusting only slept their because we had no choice cobwebs everywhere. We have stayed in the middle of nowhere before and had working TV and WiFi forget it here they dont care. Opened the sofa cus we thought it was a double and could sleep on that instead of the floor however it is a bunk bed that is dangerously broken and when ringing the company was told yeah well we dont use it for 4 people and it was an Italian bloke that broke it.... irrelevant if this Cabin was for more than 2 people you have to slide the door into the other bedroom to get into the bathroom it is not for more than 2 people there were stains on the cushions oh and dont move the rugs btw you'll find so much dirt under it. You know its bad when you go in the pub and the locals feel sorry for you staying there. Parking is at the pub BTW. The small cabin backs onto a main road which you dont think is a problem but boy races and farmers use this at 60 miles an hour plus all night. Literally just stay somewhere else.

"Overall nice stay"

7.0

Eco cabin was lovely cosey and warm. Had every we could of possibly needed. Matteresses were really comfy. Tv added bonus as we didnt expect to have one

Eco cabin is misleading. As i struggled to find what was eco about it. It wasnt off grid in any sense. Our stay was spoilt by people from the pub jumping around on the decking decking. It was quite scarey tbh.
