"A comfortable, well equipped annex in a beautiful location."

A beautiful, clean and comfortable Annex with quirky design giving plenty of room, more than the pictures depict! The location feels like the middle of nowhere but is accessible for lots of local attractions and an easy drive to Exeter.

Location was great for us. A very nice layout with excellent hosts.

It was cold due to electricity tripping. The hosts did provide an additional heater but as it ran on electric it was of little use when power tripped.
