Cosy 3 Bedroom Beachfront Getaway in Mersea

10/10 for the property. Lovely decking to chill out o , very quiet and great location 30 seconds from the beach but also the pub and resturant ect. Had everything you could want in the property and was clean, comfortable and great value for money. The site is great loads to do from golf to swimming. Play area for kids, shop and couple bars/resturant. Also 5 min drive to Mersea. Yan was amazing, great communication. Everything was explained perfectly and was easy. Even went out of their way to accommodate. We only stayed for a night away. But would absolutely consider staying longer next time. Thanks for a great stay!

Parking directly outside the caravan would of been ideal but you can park 2 minutes away so not a huge thing. Also resturants won't serve with dogs even in the garden and Take away menu is mediocre. Again nothing actually to do with accommodation, only the site.

The van was great.

There was no parking next to the van. The owner cancelled our first night the day before as they had double-booked

Well equipped, good location.

Mattress was very soft but I undersatand everyone has different preferences.

It was clean and close to the sea.

It was extremely muddy. We were told we could park at the side but it was “very wet”. No it was a proper bog. The car would have sank to the point where it would have gotten very stuck. I told the owner a member of our party had mobility issues after being told to park in the main car park before we arrived. The outside lighting was very poor. The path to the door was also very muddy and the conifers were overgrown and made it very awkward to use. Park security was rude and abusive. Never received an apology for the way I was treated. Absolutely will not stay here again.

Lovely warm and cosy caravan, we stayed in November. Great location for the beach. Fabulous memories made for our family of 6. Thank you.
