Nice appartment in the city centre. Friendly staff.

It is optimal for 2 people, for 3 it is a bit small. The picture on booking suggested that there is a sea view, which there isn't. After the reservation I was forced to agree to extra terms and conditions previously not mentioned on booking. The garbage system is a bit confusing, I would appreciate clearly marked bins. The city beach, next to which the appartment is, is currently under construction, which should be mentioned in the description.

It's a lovely place in the old town next to the see. There is everything what you need in the apartment, i.e. towels, iron, fridge, ect.

Uno: The address is completely different from the one listed in the booking—you won’t find the keys there. The correct location is next to the Church of Saint Vitus Martyr (see picture). Due: make sure to plan for rubbish disposal in advance, as you’ll only receive the collection schedule on the last day of your stay from host :/ - it's a bit late and annoying

We loved the old town of Monopoli — it is absolutely beautiful — and the location of the apartment was ideal. The bed was also very comfortable. Another nice plus is that there is a restaurant just across the narrow street with a rooftop pool.

The photos in the listing seem to show three different properties, and only one of them has a rooftop terrace. This is quite misleading. Also, despite the description, I do not think this place is suitable for four people. In my opinion, it is suitable for a maximum of two adults and one child, as the rooms are very small. The host was not particularly helpful. When we asked where we could park the car — especially since the listing suggested that parking was available — we only received the answer that it would “definitely be outside the historic centre”, with no practical directions or recommendations. When we reported that the kettle in the apartment was not working, the response was that this was not her problem because a kettle was not included in the listing.
