The location was fantastic. 30 minutes from punta Cana airport and right on the beach. The entertainment team were spectacular. We enjoyed the daily activities like painting by the beach, karaoke, water aerobics, bingo and the nightly shows.

The food was simply ok. The have 2 buffets and I believe 7 reservation required restaurants. We ate at 3 of them and the best was the Mexican food restaurant. The buffet food was simply ok. The rooms and the hotel within its self looks old and a little run down. Apparently we were supposed to have a personal concierge to help us throughout our stay and they never told us that. The concierge reached out on the last day. Also the house keeping team would knock once and wouldn’t wait for an answer before swinging the door open. They opened the door while someone was in the bathroom numerous times. My daughter cut herself while in one of the pools on the first day due to there being a broken light in the pool and they did absolutely nothing except for offer us a bandaid (it was a deep cut). They claimed they didn’t have medical on site. In the end we wouldn’t return to this resort.

Es un sitio bueno, para el precio. En Junio ya había sargazo entonces a veces es incómodo nadar con las algas. Tiene actividades y restaurantes variados.

La comida en los restaurantes para cenar no es excelente y hay que reservar con antelación. Las bebidas son malucas, de sabores siempre artificiales. No hay casi variedad. Los licores son de mala calidad. Solo hay restaurantes para cenar, el desayuno y el almuerzo es buffet. Hay trabajadores muy lentos, las filas pueden ser largas para la comida.
