Good location, staff easy to contact, parking facilities made it very easy with a car, clean apartment and comfortable bedding. Well-equipped kitchen.

It’s basically down town..reception staff was very helpful in everything! I loved the reccomendation with restaurants and town and the way they helped us with the problems we had! Apt is nice.. but they could do more!

It’s so complicated!!! Everything!!! They sent us the picture of the apt with the video of how to park but we arrived when it was already dark and we find everything soooo difficult! We couldn’t find parking in front of the apt to take the card to park the car,so we turned almost 4 times around it..then we finally find a spot and we went inside but the main door didn’t open and the lock box didn’t open..it takes us 30 minutes to get over of this stuff ( reception staff was print and helpful over the phone) but they told me that it would have take 20 minutes to come! Finally we entered and take the card for the parking and it took us us other 20minutes to understand which was the enter!! don’t go there if you have children because we spent 1 hour to understand how everything worked! We had problems with water as well it didn’t go down in the lint and bathroom too…:( I am sorry because location and staff is great but they had to improve indications..write a sign at least out of the door with the name of the apartment! No sign anywhere..

The location was perfect!! The fact that it also has parking makes it amazing. It is souper central and you can hear some noise if Windows are open. But it's expected as it is located above restaurants.

The sofa bed was perfect for kids, but not sure if it will be very comfy for adults

Great location, right in the city center. Excellent parking (a card is provided that allows you to use the adjacent underground city parking lot). Everything is basically good with the apartment, with the exception I describe in the negative part. Overall, we had a nice and satisfying stay (5 nights).

All the furniture and plumbing need a little repair, everything is quite worn (the dining table is wobbly and covered with a glass protector, under which you can see accumulated dirt, which creates a feeling of dirtiness; the taps leaks water (drips); the sofa bed is worn-out and uncomfortable to sleep on; there are signs of use on the corners of the walls; etc.). If all this fixed with a little renovation, the apartment would be great value (10/10) and I would like to stay there again if I come to Porto again.
