Nothing: the property—a boat—literally doesn’t exist.

IT DOESN’T EXIST. My Egyptian driver drove me to the location and we spent 15 minutes driving up and down the street, following the exact address locations. We stopped several locals, asking them for the boat, showing them pictures, and it does not exist. The locals kept recommending another boat to stay at nearby (which I did thankfully book as a walk up) that was visibly different with a different name. This boat does not exist. Booking.com still hasn’t given me my refund for it which is crazy, and I have contacted my credit card company for a chargeback. Don’t arrive in Luxor like I did, with a confirmed booking, but the hotel completely GONE.

Arnaque , ce bateau n' existe pas On a reçu un message le jour même de notre arrivée pour nous dire qu' il y avait un problème avec le bateau et qu' il fallait se diriger vers le Moon Boat , et comme part hasard ce bateau lui ressemble énormément avec des propriétaires peut scrupuleux qui vous demande de l' argent en liquide pour les payer et l' hygiène du bateau laisse à désirer mais on avait très peu de choix , car nous sommes arriver dans la nuit et on n' étais pas les seuls dans cette situation

Hôtel très original sur une péniche. Ahmed nous a bien aidés à organiser notre séjour, il nous a spontanément proposé un upgrade dans une chambre avec une meilleure vue, nous avons été très bien accueillis !
