Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Perfekte Lage, man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell im Zentrum. Schneller und problemloser Check-in und Check-out. Für Urlaub mit Freunden perfekt.

Ogródkę super!! Salon bardzo przytulny! Dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Super kontakt z właścicielami. Szwagierka była zachwycona i marzy, aby wrócić tam z rodziną na urlop.
Niestety mieliśmy problem z łazienkami. Gdy na piętrze ktoś korzystał z wanny to na parterze nie można było się kąpać. Nie wiem czy tylko my trafiliśmy na ten problem, ale przy większej grupie korzystającej z domku jest to kłopotliwe. Dla mnie osobiście na twarde materace, ale niektórzy preferują takie. Prysznic na parterze jest troszkę mały i ze skosem. Ale poza tymi rzeczami bardzo przyjemny domek.

Our stay at Villino di Monic was amazing! Cleanliness, house, yard were 10/10. Very nice host, helped us with everything we needed and the turtles were the main attraction for our little boy.

Great stay at Il Villino di Monic Pisa. We had an amazing stay at this accommodation! 😊 The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed – from a super comfortable beds to a well-stocked kitchen.The host was incredibly kind and responsive. Great terrace for evenings. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and welcoming place to stay – we would definitely come back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The property was spacious. It was well provisioned, it was clean and there was good communication with the host.
The Internet did not work for the time we were there apart from the last day when it seemed to right itself . I suspect a network issue and not the fault of the host. The mosquitoes were vicious and seemed to regard my tropical grade Deet as a mere appetiser before the main course.

A beautiful villa with a great garden (including tortoises). About a 20 minute walk to the main train station or a bus stop outside the villa (no 13) for those really hot days when you don’t want to walk! Communication with the host Niccolò perfect with prompt response to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and will almost certainly be back for another stay soon!
Everything was perfect for our needs.
