Blue diamond is the most gorgeous resort in the Riviera Maya. All of the staff were very helpful, understanding our English and us attempting tospeak the native language. Being senior travelers, the entire staff helped us with any problem we may have encountered. If possible, we will definitely return here, as I said before, the weight staff accommodated our every want and need.

We loved our stay at this beautiful resort! It’s very peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by nature and just a short walk to the ocean from most of the room. The food is healthy and delicious with rotating menus for variety in the evening. The staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. There are included activities like snorkeling and yoga as well as an on site concierge if you want something special. The rooms are spacious, modern and offer plenty of natural light. I would love to return!

We had a terrible incident during our stay. One of my traveling friends was intoxicated due to a gas leak in her bedroom. I found her unconscious after I managed to get her door open. She almost didn’t make it out of Mexico alive. She was hospitalized for a week and remained unconscious for nearly two full days. This was an incredibly stressful experience. The hotel was not well maintained. The hot water was inconsistent, which may have been linked to poor maintenance of the gas system used to heat the water tank. Avoid this place at all costs.
