Modish and Spacious Apartments at The Exchange on Erwin in Durham, North Carolina

Clean, great staff support, great location

There was a cockroach in the bathroom and the coffe table broke (and was not fixed or replaced during my stay).

Location to Duke cancer center

On Saturday while preparing to leave the door code for the apartment quit working at 10:30am while I was bringing luggage to my car, luckily my wife was still in the apartment and could unlock it from inside

Apartment was very clean, quiet, and spacious. Was stocked with everything we needed for our 4 night stay and was convenient to walk to Duke University.

Rm 3202- The king bed was hard and loud when my husband moved. Seemed like a pretty cheap mattress for this level of accomodations. The blinds in the king room didn't go to the bottom of the window. They stopped at 1 foot above the windowsill and you couldn't move them up or down, no pulls to adjust, obviously broken, so the sun would blast in at 6;00am. The bedroom windows desparately need black out curtains. The pools are positioned in between other buildings on the property and not really condusive to using. Always in the shade and felt tight. They shouldn't be a marketable feature at this property.
