Modish and Spacious Apartments at The Exchange on Erwin in Durham, North Carolina

There were many things that needed attention and the management staff did not get to it in spite of four callls

Excellent apartment. Plenty of space, good quality appliances, comfortable bed. The location is perfect for attending Duke graduation ceremonies. Close to the campus. I even could walk back from the stadium.

Great location... stayed for 7 nights... easy walk to Duke. Food nearby. Comfortable beds and lounge. Well equipped. Quiet. Spotless. Plenty parking. Great gym and nice pool. Responsive staff and a convenient late checkout. What more do you want ?

No grocery stores within walking distance.

Forgot to mention- a few useless hangers in the closet. Had to buy some.

The location was very close to everywhere. It was near Erwin Road, so the walking area was safe. It had everything inside the apartment.

I loved that the instructions made it so easy to get into the apartment. The host was amazing and always answered my questions promptly. The space was large and very clean. The location was also perfect. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Nothing, everything was great.

The environment was very sterile. I found it difficult because you needed 3 different numbers to get into the room. One to get into the compound, one to get into the building and another to open the door. Would have liked a number to call with questions. I had a hard time getting the TV to work. First night there were a lot of dogs barking and door slamming. Only the basics available for towels. It rained the entire time we were there and extra towels would have been helpful. Conveniently located

Very few amenities. For the price, there should have been some nice soaps, better coffee, more towels.
