Modish and Spacious Apartments at The Exchange on Erwin in Durham, North Carolina

Clean, comfortable, pet friendly. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, cookware, coffee pods, soaps.

Seemed like a good deal, but there is a critical weakness’s: when I arrived, the apartment complex gate code, provided by the vendor, was not working and the hotel service provider had no solution—they were in New York and could not reach the onsite maintenance on Durham NC. Was effectively locked out until I asked a local for to use their key at 9pm. The lack of a solution was troubling and there was no recourse later, for the inconvenience. Glad I wasn’t traveling with kids.

The location was great. I would stay here again. There are a lot of eateries within walking distance. Lots of privacy and very safe. Very quiet, too. Getting into the property was a breeze. Management/customer service was excellent. Very quick to respond. The apartment was beautiful with lots of space. I did choose to wipe down the counters and sweep/Swiffer the floors before settling in (for my own comfort). The bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer worked well. Bathroom was nice, too. Lots of rules to abide by with hefty fines if you fail to do so.

I wish trash was picked up everyday instead of just Sunday through Thursday.

施設の中にある全ての備品のリストが予約前に閲覧できた方がよいです。私はカスタマーサービスにそれについて質問して、回答をもらいました。また、ホテルのようなフロントデスクはないので、そのことも明示した方がわかりやすいと思います。 あと、部屋にあった四角いトレイにキーホルダーがあったのですが、それが何なのか最後まで不明でした。説明が表示されているとよいです。
