Modish and Spacious Apartments at The Exchange on Erwin in Durham, North Carolina

Very convenient- very responsive host when we complained about the upstairs neighbors.

First night there was a lot of thumping from upstairs neighbor but our host was able to take care of the next day. I guess that's expected for apartments when you're not at top floor.

This apartment was more than I expected. It was clean, spacious, and refreshing. The kitchen had everything I needed. The location was close to my sons school, shopping areas, and restaurants. I will definitely book here again for his next event.

The sheets on the bed had something on them. I know because I always check the beds before I bring anything in. Nevertheless, I also travel with MY own sheets and blanket & didn't feel too uneasy about the sheets provided.

It was a great value and a modern apartment. Just needs a new mattress and soap.

The location was very good for our needs. Many options for dining out/takeout within walking distance of the apartment. We had a nice little covered balcony to enjoy coffee or a meal. BTW, the apartment was immaculate, and the furnishings were in great condition.

We received a lot of email instructions, a video, and printed instructions posted in the apartment. This led to some confusion about what our responsibilities were regarding dishes and garbage take out. A single set of easy to follow instructions would probably increase compliance.
