Modish and Spacious Apartments at The Exchange on Erwin in Durham, North Carolina

Clean. Excellent location. Spacious

Extremely loud, meaning I the sound of the above neighbor walking across the floor was unbelievably loud and woke me up from sleeping. Surrounding neighbors had dogs which barked constantly. This apartment is made of paper thin walls, floors and ceiling. I was there to recover after having a major surgery at Duke Hospital and it was obvious after the first night that I chose the wrong property as I got very little quality sleep. Also, the 2 arm chairs in the living room are not comfortable at all. Should have a comfy sofa AND 2 plush & comfy side chairs. The blinds in both bedrooms do not shut all the way(seamlessly) thereby allowing the very bright street lamp right below each window to shine in

Great location.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. One of the extra bedsheets had blood stains on it. I was on the 2nd-floor, and the very bright outdoor light was blinking on and off the whole time. This was very uncomfortable, especially at night . The brown carpet in the living room is old, frailing, and honestly looked horrible. It needs to be replaced asap

Size, layout, proximity to Duke campus, the clear directions made finding the property and entry to the unit easy, and fast. It was a great stay. A great place for a family stay. Well appointed kitchen.

The only issue was the lack of information about WiFi access

No so great Instructions were wrong but eventually we were able to go to the right floor. Providing the information earlier would also have been helpful

Couple of things. The shower pressure was mediocre at best. The drainage in the smaller bathroom needed help.
