Close to the things we had to do. Nice area plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Convenient to duke university. Good size rooms.

Sofa bed was horrible. We put 2 little kids there and it was ok for them but would not be acceptable for adults. Mattress was thin and curled. The keypad for the apartment didn’t work most of the time, very hard to open door. We were not given the Wi-Fi code and had to call for it.

Location is excellent. The apartment is spacious, quiet, clean. Washer dryer in the apartment

Minimal kitchen ware, not designed for cooking meals in, but ok for reheat left over and such.

AS a college educated (2 business degrees) and a disable veteran, I was trouble by notification of (numerous complaints) of noise upon my arrival. The alleged allegations that noise was coming from my unit at 2:00AM which was false, I, my sister and children were sleeping. In addition a fellow tenant? came to my door before the designated quiet time, which was posted as 10:00PM to 7:00AM and management informed my by phone the quiet hours were between 9:00PM to 8:00AM. This apartment complex in not conducive for children, who should have the freedom to play without constraints. I strongly suggested if you accommodate children to have a designated play area for them
