Понравилось всё , особенная благодарность нашему батлеру Шафи, который окружил нас заботой с самой первой минуты. Райский зелёный остров, довольно большой, дружелюбный персонал, отличная еда, прекрасная просторная вилла на воде. Раннее заселение, поздний выезд, все это комплиментарно. Восхитительный ужин на берегу в честь моего дня рождения. Каждый вечер посещение разных ресторанов а-ля карт. Гала- ужин а пляже. Шикарная винная карта. Очень понравилось наличие своих велосипедов, закрепленных за каждой виллой. Бесплатно подарили экскурсию в поисках дельфинов, но мы их не увидели, зато потом они сами приплыли к нашей вилле. Хоть и не сезон летом, но погода была идеальная, дождик был несколько раз ночью. Если вы не хотите ходить пешком или ездить на велосипеде, то за вами всегда приедет багги. Много активностей, теннис, падел корты, бильярд , немоторные виды спорта, все это бесплатно. Благодарю весь персонал, менеджмент отеля и нашего батлера Шафи за чудесный отдых!

Our stay at Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcome and cared for. We were travelling with our son, who has special needs, and the kindness and understanding shown by the staff meant the world to our family. A very special thank you to Wisham, who went above and beyond to support us throughout our stay. His compassion, attentiveness, and willingness to help made our holiday so much easier and more enjoyable. We are also incredibly grateful to the chef and the restaurant team. My son is a very picky eater, and they were always happy to accommodate his needs, preparing food that he would enjoy without ever making us feel like it was an inconvenience. Their patience and care were exceptional. The genuine hospitality, outstanding service, and attention to every detail made this one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. We highly recommend Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa, especially to families travelling with children with special needs. Thank you for giving us memories we will cherish forever!

La oferta gastronómica es espectacular, con muchas opciones de restaurantes adaptadas a todos los gustos. El desayuno ha sido uno de los mejores que hemos probado nunca, con muchísimo personal cocinando en directo y con opciones sanas, frescas y de gran calidad. Unos huevos benedictinos brutales 😉. El personal ha sido absolutamente fantástico. Queremos destacar especialmente a Wisham, nuestro host durante esta estancia. Su servicio fue de 10 y consiguió convertir la experiencia en un 11. Siempre estuvo pendiente de cualquier necesidad, nos ayudó en todo momento y mejoró infinitamente nuestra estancia. Emerald Maldives representa de verdad lo que debe ser un resort de cinco estrellas. El nivel de servicio está muy por encima de otros resorts que hemos visitado, incluidos muchos de los típicos del Caribe. También queremos hacer una mención especial a Jude, el manager que nos recibió a nuestra llegada, y a Bright, que nos acompañó durante la estancia con una selección fantástica de vinos de diferentes geografías. We chose this resort for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely the right decision. The facilities were excellent, and our pool villa was clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The shallow sea in front of the villa was perfect for snorkeling, with coral reefs and many tropical fish just steps away. The restaurants were all outstanding, with great food, high-quality cocktails and wines, and warm yet professional service. There were also plenty of activities included, such as SUP and snorkeling. Most of all, the staff made our stay truly special. Everyone, from the managers to the porters, was professional, friendly, and supportive. We are especially grateful to our butler, Wisham. Because of a flight connection issue, we arrived much later than planned, but he welcomed us with exceptional hospitality and helped us make the most of our limited time at the resort. He suggested thoughtful options, responded immediately whenever we contacted him, and made every part of our stay smooth and stress-free. His kindness and genuine care made our honeymoon even more memorable. We genuinely did not want to leave, and we would love to come back again.

We had a truly unforgettable 6-day stay at Emerald Maldives Resort & Spa with my partner. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The food was incredibly diverse and delicious, with plenty of options to enjoy every day. All the staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. A very special thank you to our butler, Wishman, who was exceptionally proactive, attentive, and efficient. Whenever we had any questions or issues, he responded immediately and resolved everything quickly, making our trip smooth and stress-free. We would also like to sincerely thank Manager Wasim for taking the time to communicate with us several times during our stay. He listened carefully to our feedback, and we truly appreciated that the improvements were made promptly throughout our journey, which made our overall experience even more enjoyable and comfortable. We truly had a wonderful and relaxing holiday, and we would love to come back again in the future.
