"Slumber time ."

From arriving to a warm welcome the house was very toasty warm . The Christmas tree was a very nice touch . The bedrooms were very cosy. All linen was clean . Situated very close to town only 5 mins to markets .. We will be back soon ..

Location of property perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for us all. Nice to have a Christmas tree up.

Slightly noisy front bedroom as on a main road. A few cobwebs behind glass at sinks on top floor which were slightly off putting as light shone on them!

Location good, it had 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Lovely pub close by with good food, especially the beetroot and goats cheese salad, best ever.

The only things it lacked was a microwave and mat in showers .

Good location to be a base to explore York. Spacious rooms. Good communication from the host regarding check in and check out. Close to good bars and pubs for a drink and meals.

"York weekend away"

Great location about 2/3 of a mile from the centre of York. Very clean, modern, bright apartment. Well equipped kitchen.

Steep stairs to top floor bedroom. Heating wasn't on, and the instructions to operate were for a different boiler. Had to call the management company, who were great, for help.
