It was lovely .. value for money … it was brilliant

Lovely location, nice rooms, comfy bed!

Comfortable and clean and fairly close to the centre of York.

Not having ground floor accommodation the only outside access is from the front door - only a small grump overall though.

Well laid out townhouse with everything you need for a stay in York. Kitchen was well equipped also washing machine and tumble dryer located at bottom of stairs. Rooms were lovely. Complimentary bottle of prosseco was a lovely start to our weekend. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Lots to do in York. We went to the races and the accommodation was perfect. Look forward to visiting again

A very spacious property which had everything you could need for a stay away from home. We were so impressed that it even provided things such as cling film and cooking oil! Lovely gesture of a bottle of Prosecco and crisps. The only niggle overall was the size of the beds that were split into twins. Bit small but fine for a 2 night stay. Not a believer in ghosts but I do have to say there were a couple of things that spooked us all. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay near the city as it’s a really short walk into it.

As it’s on a main road it was quite noisy in the front. Lots of ambulance and fire engines going past fairly regularly. Quite a strong smell of damp when you walked into the property but not a deal breaker.

Good location a short walk to centre
