"Our stayin York was most enjoyable. The property suited our needs for 3 nights and the location is superb"

The location was superb - close to local facilities an within walking distance of York Minster and the surrounding area. The accommodation was spacious, clean and well equipped for our needs. Although the house is on a busy road, it was very quiet at night.

The two downstairs bedrooms contain double beds with a small, shared bathroom. The bathroom has no shelf for containers etc. This was challenging enough for just two of us - it would be even more of a challenge if there were four people sharing the 2 rooms. The owners would do well to replace the large and tired looking bathroom mirror with a smaller one and fix a shelf underneath it. Also, bedroom number 3 has no wardrobe or hangers. There is a coat stand for hanging clothes, but not much use with no hangers. There is no mirror or shelf. It would be better if the owners replaced the TV in this room with a mirror and fix a shelf underneath the mirror.

Location, facilities, lovely and clean. Beds comfy, great space for family to sit around.

For the price the check in (4pm) and check out (10am) is very limited when staying the one night.
