Great location, second time I’ve stayed in York and this location was better than the last one by far. It’s right by Bus Stop 11 on the hop on and hop off buses and only one stop from the lovely Robinsons for breakfast in the lovely Bishopthorpe village.

Liked it all.

A fabulous old wonderful town house

The blinds in one of the bedrooms didn’t reach the bottom and sides of windows so was very light very early .They need black out and or curtains , so we didn’t sleep well . Excellent customer service from the agent re a dodgy door lock. Lacking TLC (or checks I think ), ie lots of post there that has not been collected or handed to owners and 3 irons ?🥴, no fire extinguisher either although there was a fire blanket shoved in a cupboard which should be hung in sight in the kitchen

Extremely clean, it had everything you need, beautiful home.

No storage in one of the bedrooms. No parking. For me personally, the location was a little too far to walk into the centre.
