"Lovely Christmas city break"

It was really spacious and the rooms were very luxurious. It was a very well equipped kitchen and we loved that they had a washing machine and dryer - and left 2 laundry capsules so we could do some laundry as needed. The beds were really comfy too!

Location with the pub next door

Was in need of a repaint. Looking rather scruffy although clean ihe extremely scuffed and chipped paintwork let it down. The front room was not inviting and basic. With rather scruffy throws on the sofa.

How spacious it was. It was clean and modern and the upstairs room was absolutely lovely. Really well decorated throughout. It was also really central- 10 minutes walk to the Shambles. It was also warm and comfortable- we chilled out here due to the rubbish weather!

It’s definitely haunted.

No handrail at the top of the upper staircase and extremely difficult and dangerous. Different levels of flooring in two bedrooms proved very dangerous. The condition of the outside of the property was in very poor condition.

The location is very close to all the attractions and not far from the railway station, it was all a manageable walk away. The house is a luxury venue, it couldn't have been much better. We love how it has been fitted out and decorated. We also made use of the kitchen and the laundry.

The third bedroom has nowhere to put clothes. We were 5 adults using three bedrooms for a weekend, and we made it work OK. But it wouldn't have been easy for a longer stay. If we were a young family with children, or a smaller group it would have been fine for a longer stay.
