"Bonitas vistas, el acceso es complicado y la limpieza deficiente"

La ubicación y vistas

Los trámites previos al acceso fueron complicados y me hicieron perder mucho tiempo (los realizan personas fuera de mi país por Whatsapp y mensajes en Booking), la comunicación fue difícil pues hubo varias instancias involucradas, me pedían foto de mi tarjeta de crédito, pero el pago se realizó con una tarjeta electrónica y no hubo entendimiento con eso; de verdad quitan tiempo valioso pidiendo varios documentos. Por otra parte, al llegar al departamento, la alfombra de la habitación estaba sucia, la pared tenía manchas negras, había cabellos en el piso al lado del buró, los libros del hall estaban empolvados y el rollo de papel de baño no era nuevo, ¡nunca me había pasado que dejaran un rollo usado y le pusieran una etiqueta como si fuera nuevo! Es antihigiénico.

"Beautiful upscale property in a great central location for it’s proce."

The window view was the best! It’s a very high end and clean property with awesome amenities, nice gym and beautiful inside pool. The security was awesome and felt safe with security that not just anyone can walk in. Loved that it had a washer/dryer unit to wash clothes during the stay.

Everything was exceptional except that there was no AC, although nights were cool enough with the windows open but I would recommend to have at least a portable AC in the unit for those stay may stay in during the day. Other than that it was a great unit, all the pros made up for it.

Sobre todo la vista a reforma desde su balcón es espectacular y el departamento es muy bonito, para un pareja o familia pequeña. Gran ubicación. En todo tiempo estuvieron pendientes del proceso de check in.

Que pidieran varias veces la misma info para el check in. Fuera de eso genial.

The building is great. Wynwood is the worst booking agency i have seen. Rent through a different agency !

YOUR MONEY ISNT SAFE WITH THEM! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU CLOSE A DEAL WITH Wynwood Booking! The worst hosts i have seen. I cancelled a booking when it was still free cancelation, in order to get a better room , and was still charged foe 2 bookings for no reason. And never got my money back, its already 1.5 months since i cancelled and everytime i contact wyndwood team they say they refunded it already. It doesnt work for me , i cant understand it.
