Sunset House On The Beach

Good quiet location with nice walk on the doorstep, play park for kids opposite that was secure and could be seen from the house.

We are a middle aged couple with 3 very energetic and playful cockapoo furbabies and this location was not only perfect for us as a family for our 5 night stay, especially as owners of multiple dogs which is not always easy to find anyone willing to allow multiple dog staying (without any extra charges) But it is extremely well equipped for your every need whether you are a child, adult or a furry, four legger and the gorgeous bottle of red wine gift was such a lovely gesture, one really appreciated! The all year round dog friendly beach, a huge, wonderful park for the children, a very nice pub and a restaurant/cafe right on your doorstep, as well as a tea room/gift shop and an ice-cream shop, a surf shop.... ect... The house is wonderful, clean,really comfy and quite luxurious and the views are breathtaking. All in all we can highly recommend and cannot wait for our next holiday at Sunset House, we have already started looking at availability, thank you so much Chad and family being great hosts and for a wonderful experience through and through. Nothing that we didn't like .... A broom would have been handy and a little easier to sweep the uncarpeted areas of the house on a day to day basis during long stays and we searched for a guest comments book to leave a note about how much we enjoyed our stay and to say thank you but didn't find one.

Close to beach. Good size bedrooms. Excellent local takeaway cafe.

Heating had not been on so very cold when we arrived with young grandsons.

dining room on the small side - very cosy car park right outside. was not a problem for us as we stayed for NYE, so wasn't busy, but in high season it would very chaotic and you would not benefit from any privacy.

Absolutely lovely house and fabulous location, we had such a great time, definitely going to revisit
