It’s was a mess,not tidy,toilet left unflushed and bad state,had to check out immediately and got another apartment,couldn’t stay there for 20mins,it’s so horrible,the customer service couldn’t do better instead they asked me for a picture of a messed up toilet!!!
GBLocation was nice. Seemed clean upon arrival. WiFi was excellent - very fast. TV a nice touch for those that need it. Seemed to offer a range of services (Netflix etc). Had no issues sleeping on the bed, despite it not giving the best first impression. Best thing about the place was the super fast and reliable WiFi as that was my main concern as I needed to work remotely, and had no issues. Credit where credit is due.
No lift, and for whatever reason the flat was exceptionally hot. Not sure what I would have done without bringing a large fan. The place was not as advertised. The images I saw online were for a completely different flat, one I'm sure they do offer but clearly a different room. Mine was much smaller. First impression was disappointment, especially as I was staying for 2 weeks, but the place did grow on me quite quickly. Didn't like how you can lock yourself on the balcony as there's no handle on the outside so you do have to be very careful about that. It led to myself and others never using it for fear of that very problem. The blinds didn't close properly but that was a minor gripe. The seat accompanying the desk was incredibly uncomfortable. Personally, I didn't find it that much of a problem but it's seriously not ideal. By far the worst thing about my stay was the fire alarms going off throughout the entire building between 1am to approximately 3:15am. Emergency services attended but there was no immediate resolution, with us having to endure piercingly loud alarms with no apparent end in sight. Thankfully, the end did come and it was a Friday night so it could have been worse, but yeah..

Well, we were initially given an apartment that seemed quite nice at first glance. It had a balcony and a good location. However, the bathroom was in terrible condition. The entire shower was covered in mold. After complaining, we were given a huge apartment, about 100 square meters. It was completely newly finished, but the bathroom was moldy again (the shower was covered in mold). Garbage bags were left in a storage unit on the ground floor of the building. The smell was unbearable. I honestly don't recommend it.
GBI liked the space itself, the balcony was lovely and the bed was comfy, it was clean and cosy.
The check in was a nightmare, with no links being sent to check in, no information regarding the key box including what number was on the box and the pin, this wasn’t provided until over two hours past check in time, as well as the check in link which should’ve been sent immediately. To get to the property you have to climb up about 7 flights of stairs, with no lift, which was torture with all our luggage.

We had to wait for hours to get in to the building saying it was in the middle of being cleaned gave us the wrong code for our room, we went into the apartment, there was an adult toy under the bed bear in mind I had my 13 year old daughter with me! There was a dirty rug that smelt in the wardrobe. There was dust everywhere and dirty cups in the cupboard. We felt that the place wasn't that clean. The mattress was very uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping on the base.

All the rooms facing the rear of the property face a very loud night club which on Fridays plays music until 1am and until 4am on Saturdays! The windows are not good enough to shelter from this excessively loud noise and we didn’t manage to sleep despite ear plugs. I wish the property had been honest about these excessive noise levels in the description so we could have made an informed decision and not stayed there. The property also makes you pay a 200£ deposit via an external portal with a £2 non refundable booking fee which was not stated on booking in the description. This is just too cumbersome and lacks honesty. In flat 5 there was mould in the bathroom as the extractor fan didn’t work and the toilet seat was broken.
