Enough space. Comfy bed. Amazing location so close to the high street and station. Ground floor so no lugging luggage upstairs. Cute deco.

Fridge was freezing the food. Shower was bit fiddly and temp difficult to control till you got used to it. But Jinder left instructions in welcome email.

Central location

Many things i really liked about the place. The host was always very responsive and helpful with any information or issues. We felt safe in the room which had a room code, a bar lock, and an automatic gate for optional parking. The room manages to keep the heat surprisingly well in late February, with or without the heater on. The place is well supplied with utensils to handle most common needs like the microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, as well as common toiletries. The location is great; it feels like you are 10 minutes drive from everywhere important; airport, parks, and only 5 minutes walk from the main high street. All of this comes for just a fraction of the cost of hotels in Egham, and cheaper than all the nearby competitors from what i can see. Safe, friendly, clean, and great value. Thank you to the host for a great little home away from home.

Only very minor improvements could be suggested by me, and i hope this is a reasonable evaluation. A couple of the bed pillows smelt a bit damp, but there were some spare pillows in the wardrobe that were fine. Maybe a portable electric hob and pans might be a good addition in the future, or even a washing machine. It took a little while to work out the shower shifting from very cold to very hot, so maybe some labeling / instructions on the wall may be helpful for newcomers. Make sure to clean out the kettle now and again. Some might appreciate another heater or a more powerful upgrade for the winter months. The place is kept very clean - even if not to the standards of a professional hotel in every nook of the place. It's a cosy simple little imperfect home, and as long as you have the right expectations, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Excellent communication from the host. Well furnished, clean and an excellent location.

Challenge to keep warm on a particularly cold night. The shower requires safe cracking skills to get to a comfortable temperature and the toilet seat needs replacing. Lack of parking nearby. Curious that the kitchenette has a frying pan but no stovetop.
