Great looking apartment complex, quick to enter and leave

great location and a quite neighborhood. close to markets and in the center of town.

the shower head needs to be replaced and the wi-fi was very below average and constantly going up and down.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable. Overally a positive experience.

The shower was barely working. The power of the water stream was very weak. Also, no adjustment of the shower head was possible. The temperature regulation was extremely sensitive, with one position not being either hot or cold. The wifi was not working at all throughout the whole stay.

I believe we got "catfished" with this property. The pictures, location and ratings are very misleading. The outside of the buildings and facilities looks new but inside the apartment the rooms need a lot of mainteinance, mostly the bathroom. There was mold in several parts, they didnt gave us the toiletries and the towels were with some holes on it. The communication with host was pretty bad, mostly not replying and one of the guards didnt speak English and the other one was very rude.

Property is located in the center of Gdansk. It contains all the necessary items (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dish washer, etc). There is a possibility to park a car in the underground garage. The owner has provided me with the short term identification for the car which allows to drive through the center. Good quality of WiFi.

Communication with the owner is very hard. He doesn't answer phone calls and very rarely responds to text messages. We had no idea how our check in would look like, because nobody has informed us about it. We received a text message at 3PM (time of our check in), that I need to call certain number in order to get keys. We needed to wait for a lady to come and give us the keys. We have rented a place in the garage which turned out to be booked by some other guest (we received a new one after it, but it shows lack of organization). I would say that if the communication with the customer would be improved, such as sending a message with description of how the check in would look like - it would gain a lot.
