The owner not answering, he didn’t provide us with permit to go to the city with our car as he promised. Dishwasher dirty.

Close to the old town and lovely apartment

Confusion in accessing the keys on the first day. Bath towels were old, small, and tatty.

Location.

Once you enter the apartment it looks normal. After 10 minutes you start understand that they tricked you and the apartment is dirty and old. The couch was broken, the crumbles all over kitchen. Ive read the reviews from couple of month ago that the light in corridor is broken or that the sheet has a hole in it. The light in the corridor still does not work so as a hole in the sheets. The bed light is also out of order. If you plan on couch, don’t, it’s also broken. There were only one towel per person. That’s it. Wanna dry your hands? Use that towel. Cooking something and it’s hot? Use that towel. The communication was awful. The only way the host answered was the short time 1h before the check in and 10 min after the check in. Turns out you have to contact the host 40 min before you arrive so he could come. And this information he sends you 20 min before the start of check in. Double that he will be late. Request to get at least one more towel was ignored. All the calls were ignored, all messages were ignored. The location is not worth it. There is plenty of good apartments writhing same distance from the center.

Location is perfect. The apartment is in a new guarded residential premises with silent view, but at the same time with immediate access to restorants and old town. Biedronka is at the same building and Zabka is just near.

The apartment has almost everything needed for a comfortable shot stay. The only thing we miss is a corkscrew.

The bed and location

The host wouldn't answer the phone when i asked for the wifi password. When i got the password the wifi didn't even work so i could do my reports or send emails in the evenings. The tv didn't work either so i had to watch movies on my phone using my data. When i asked for a receipt that i was promised, i'm still waiting for that receipt. I stayed there in February it is now April. The disappointing thing is i have stayed in these apartments twice before as i travel to Gdansk to meet our customer 3/4 times a year and i never had an issue with the apartments until this stay.

Good location, clean and spacious.

There was no communication through Booking.com at all. I requested parking-no response. I sent a message regarding check-in procedures the day before arrival-no response. I resent message on the date of checking in-no response. I got to the property and had to call and leave a message. About 10 minutes later my call was returned. The host came an hour later with the key. After I checked out, I sent a message regarding a possible item left behind-no response. Oh, and after a little stress of no communication prior to arrival, no toilet paper, tissue or paper towels...
