great locating

was no instructions sent about picking up the keys so had to make so many phone calls, only one and half toilet roll for nearly 4 days , and the balcony and floors were dirty .

Location is nice, close to old city, transport, shops , restaurants. Apartment was ok, clean enough, as in description, but service...

Communication with manager was close to zero, he simply doesn't answer if there any questions. We arrived Saturday night. In apartment NO dishwasher tabs and practically no liquid to wash dishes. Dishwasher stinks. Just two mugs, one is awfully dirty. Shops closed on Sunday so you can buy nothing. No kitchen towel or paper towels as well. Lights in corridor don't work. There's washing machine but no tabs. So, on Monday we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, tabs for dishwasher and washing machine. I asked for later check out for additional payment as we had flight in the evening. It took more than 24 hours for answer that it is not possible after 12 as apartment has to be ready to 15 for new guests. I looked on Booking - it was available. Asked again and got the same answer. I am still shocked how he can run this business treating customers like that? And asking such price for total abscence of service? We were lucky that not all people like that - security guy was nice, and let us leave luggage for a few hours.

Location and apartment ground's

Tap on kitchen sink when you turn on sprayed water in different directions soaking worktop.no plug for sink.As it is self catering not enough kitchen accessories.ie.only 1 half pint glass ,1 smaller glass and a shot glass.broken corkscrew for wine .frypan tiny .No plug for bath .Shower over bath position wrong. Light bulbs in bathroom over mirror need replacing.door onto balcony would sometime stick..TV in Room is no bigger than a computer monitor with no option to whatch even sky news. I have been to this apartment complex before and it was very good but I think this one needs to up the standard for the price
