Apartamenty Szeroka - Old Town Holidays Home

Apartment is bright and roomy with a nice view of courtyard. Location is brilliant.

Lack of adequate towels (one bathtowel each for the entire two weeks), one bed sheet for a two week stay which had to be dried across two chairs in the apartment. It was great to have had the washing machine but No where to hang wet clothes.No sweeping brush, (had a mop bucket but no mop??)tea towels, even though we requested all of them...no reply from host to calls or messages It took nearly 2 days to get the internet connected. These are simple requirements that would make this apartment a great stay but really felt let down by host especially when the cost of a two week stay was over €1,100. We have stayed in this complex on two previous occasions which is why we chose the complex again based on our previous experience, obviously we should have stayed in one of those apartments this year.

Apartment is not managed well. Stupid, little things are boring. Dishwasher does not work. Toilet seat broken. Most of the vessels provided do not comply with the induction cooker. Luckily one pot is working, so at least a scrambled egg can be prepared. The kitchen is very modestly equipped, suitble to prepare a simple breakfast. So many good restaurants around, this should not be a big problem. Hairdryer fans only a lukewarm air. In winter this should be a problem. No free toiletries in the bathroom. It is a problem when you arrive by plane and could not bring your own. There is a good shop in the corner, we could buy all missing things there. The bedding is a bit overused ( few holes ), but all is clean.
