"Relaxing and enjoyable"

The location was perfect for our visit to Ascot. I booked 3 rooms for our party and they were all spacious and spotless. We ate at the hotel both evenings and the food was lovely.

"Rooms need some sort of air conditioning in the summer months and should have complimentary water."

Good location for Royal Ascot race meeting. Nice furnishings.

Room was much to hot, and no way of cooling it down, no fan or portable air conditioner. It was 21 degrees at its coolest on Tuesday the 16th of June, I got no sleep. No bottled water in the room, which really suprised me and then with the heat it was quite annoying, i ended up going across the road to an all night garage to get some water

"Lovely place to stay"

Lovely staff. Beautifully furnished. Lovely bathroom. Great restaurant. Fab location next to the lake.

Bed a little hard. Bedside lights didn't work. But we didn't say anything so can't complain
