El anfitrión no contestaba las llamadas, y no entregaba el código de acceso al depatamento, el departamento NO estaba limpio, NO cumple con lo que describe en el descripción, no tenía implementos de cocina, ni para lavar la ropa, había cucarachas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y caía agua por la pared, el departamento tenía una salida por una puerta hacia el garage lo que lo hace inseguro. Servicio muy deficiente y no lo recomiendo.

Communication, professional staff, very welcoming and made the process seamless

Nice and cozy. For the price. Good clean. Management was really quick to answer. I will be checking them back again.

The apartment itself was nice.

Apartment was very musty, we paid for early check in over a month prior to our reservation, but when we arrived, the cleaning lady was still there. We couldn't park because she was taking up 2 parking spots. Since she was still there we carried our belongings and left so she could finish. When we got back, we discovered she had left the back door unlocked. The exterior was trashy and the other people in the complex was very loud late into the night. It was stressed there was a quiet time after 10 pm but obviously only applied to us. Stressed no smoking yet many pieces of the bedding were stained or had burn holes in them. You get a gate code which is a joke since gate is propped open

Location wise

Tv couldn’t be used , Bed was broke , shower was leaky , dishes was dirty , WiFi definitely didn’t work , people was touching our things in the next room over , feed back from host was a little slow and didn’t had to move our original room and the room we gotten was just bad . I asked for a new unit and they just over looked it

The smell of the abnb smelt like piss I had to wash all my clothes once I got back because everything smelt like a dirty diaper . The towels weren’t clean very dirty I would recommend black towels so people can’t see the dirtiness in the towel . The stair case outside is very steep and needs to be remodel to prevent anybody from hurting themself going down or up older or younger people . There wasn’t any soap or plates but silverware and a sponge very strange .
