I wish I'd read all the reviews.. the photos of the house does NOT reflect the house as it is nowThe house was in disrepair. Torn wall paper etc. We had to share a bathroom with at least 2 other rooms.

The customer service from Stay Inn were very good and answered our calls/queries straight away. Good location close to a Lidl and bus stop to the centre.

I will preface this by saying I should have read the reviews before booking. This property, while liveable, is old, falling apart and overpriced. If this had been listed as a ‘below average share house’ I may have been a bit more forgiving - it is anything but ‘beautiful’ and ‘gorgeous.’ Do yourself a favour and pay a bit more elsewhere.

With a supermarket next door and bus stop across the street, there could not be a better location. The USB ports in the kitchen and magnetic charger in the bed lamp are a relief for those who have no GB adapter for the cell phone.

This apartment wasn't completly what they described and also after escalation they didn't do anything. I wouldn't suggest this appartment for any vacation.

The rooms was very small and dirty. There was a lot of damaged things. Also the shared shower was damaged, so that you could close the door only with a bolt.

The property managing company did not send a check-in electric Form for me in advance. So that credit card 💳 details for deposit (damage property deposit) process took very long time. For me, in the end we took 2 hours to find a way to deposit £150. Managing company staff did it tell me where the property located, where the key to get into the house etc., , until pay $150. The next guests arrived soon after I had a key, they knocked on the door to let me open the main entrance door for them. Every guest struggled to fill the form for check in, and obtained Guide to the house by mail link to read key box codes etc., Worst process and procedure ever. The house was in poor condition, rundown house with no value at all, very SAD conditions. The water pressure of the shower was miserably low, so I got sick of it in a cold shower with not enough water pressure and catching cold. What an experience..... the title of the house said beautiful house, but disappointed. Booking.com should not sell this property. Or, tell customers in advance that the check-in process is a unique and self controlled system. Not worth it as 30-40 min by bus to property from town centre. Other guests took advantage of using the lounge, I could not get into dining to sit down on the table to have dinner or breakfast. ( someone was sleeping on the sofa one morning. Just such a messy house. Miserable conditions. I want a refund if possible.
