Beautiful, 1 Bedroom Cottage

It was a nice clean house.

It is convenient when there is a parking closer by and what was really bad was the stairs going up and down. It is very steep and dangerous and if you are not careful, you can fall down. That is not acceptable.

Everything all good.. very comfy bed.

Personally, we would've appreciated a couple of handrails - at front door and particularly the stairs.

Lovely little cottage very homely had all we needed for a short break.

Needs a little bit of decorating in some areas but nothing that makes you regret staying there. Also it was a little challenging parking wise as you need to hunt around to get some on road free parking.

Well located with lots of facilities locally and within walking distance. Pet friendly although we didn't bring ours in the end. Well equipped property. Friendly, responsive hosts, easy to access with clear instructions.

Probably could do with an extractor fan in the bathroom but no issue as just opened the window to ventilate.

Great little place, our second stay here. Everything you need, even an air fryer. Great location, little market across the street, fish and chip place and the Gingerbread bakery. Street parking only but we never had a problem.

Stairs are a bit steep but to be expected from a property built in 1870.

Cosy, felt homely. Good facilities. Really comfy bed. Good to have a washing machine and washing line!

On a fairly busy road and parking out the front during the day only one hour, but you can park all day. 2 min walk away so was fine. Could do with more seating in the lounge.

Good location for what we needed, property owners very helpful.

Property very run down, pictures on booking.com definitely make it appear better than reality. Decor needs sorting, paint coming off & marks on walls, generally needs updating. It was fine but won’t be staying again.

It was a lovely cosy cottage with everything you could need. Lovely secure back yard for the dog as well.

Could do with more seating.
