Hot tub area looked like somewhere you put the bins out

The location good.

I booked this pacifically for the hot tub. It was dirty. Unkempt. Slime water in it. The appearance alone was disgusting outside. Let alone in the tub itself. The on-suite wasn’t draining. The cupboard door hinges were coming off. Maybe a clean of the carpets too would help. Only there 2 days. A shame really. The lodge is nice tho. But let down by the upkeep of cleanliness.

Lovely location and private

I liked that it was very clean and cosy, plus the separate bathrooms were great. And the peace and quiet was appreciated as we was after a peaceful holiday. It was great seeing some rabbits playing to

The mattresse hurt my back a little, and maybe a bit of tourist information would be great. As we had some trouble trying to find somewhere to eat in Alnwick as most places stop serving food atound 8.30, we wasn't aware of it so we had to get some food from Morrisons. Any information like that would be a nice touch and some places you have to book a table in before you can eat there. Apart from that everything was fantastic, we definitely would stay again

When we got the the caravan,outside looked a bit scruffy,weeds growing out of gutters and over grown a bit, inside the caravan,was full of cobwebs and carpets were dirty and work tops,with bits of left over food on,I spent a hour cleaning the full caravan and worktops. Hot tub was in landscape and dirty around it,due to area we have both been bitten all over by midgies, If this had all been done before we arrived, the caravan would have been perfect,lacks maintenance and cleaner,needs to clean

Very modern and clean. Very good value for money.

The hot tub area could have been paved better and looked after, very muddy. Path to the door from the car not paved and again muddy.

Was lovely didn’t feel like a caravan felt more like a lodge beds were comfortable.

The location was lovely

The property was not very clean, the patio had bits of tree branches and pine over decking and the seating area was dirty. Inside it was not very clean, there was a sock next to the settee and the barstools glasses and oven were not very clean. The hot tub was overdue the filter change as it said on the screen when we were in it. It was a nice caravan but just needed some talc
