We refused to stay It was the dirtiest run down place we had ever seen we requested a refund but was told in rude terms “ good luck with that”

Les photos sur le site ne correspondent pas à la réalité. Personne pour nous accueillir seulement un message envoyé au dernier moment avec des indications pour trouver les chambres. Un rapport qualité prix très très mauvais. On a payé 10 euros de plus la nuit précédente, vers Bath, pour un hôtel magnifique. L'extérieur est un dépotoir, une chambre se situe sur deux étages, salle de bain en bas et chambre au dessus. Impossible de se doucher tellement il y a du tartre et de la saleté

Because they were not prepared for me, I was re-allocated into a nice room.

It was eerily quiet, as the staff were not ready for me. The main owner was not super friendly, perhaps a language barrier, which I understand. There was no breakfast. The other staff member was nice.

Great location, comfy bed, decent breakfast

Needs a bike rack to safely lock bikes.

No one available at check in so was checked in by another guest who had to text the owners to find out where my key was. Later received a text to tell me to go to Reception to check in, which was about 3 hours after I had arrived. Room was a mess, cluttered and in poor state of repair. Bathroom was tatty, mats looked about 50 years old.

Good reception, breakfast and cleanliness

Bed was comfortable. Lots of cupboard/ wardrobe space.

Dirty and rusty windows with paint peeling off. Rusty old bin in toilet in toilet. Broken vanity mirror in bathroom - hanging off. Lamp with no plug that served no purpose. Outside area neglected with odds and ends eveywhere.
