Not a lot - I ticked that the place should have a Restaurant (as time was tight and we needed to eat, nearly as soon as we got there), it didn't have a Restaurant. I also ticked a Bar (your site says it has a Bar, it doesn't) as I wanted to have a drink after our meal. It doesn't have a Bar

It didn't have the facilities as advertised on your site, no Bar, no Restaurant. I wouuldn't of booked this place if I knew that. I have asked Booking.com for a refund and haven't had an acknoweldgment of my request.

I didn't actually get to stay there, because the day before I was due to stay, I got a message saying they couldn't honour my booking because of an electrical fault. However, several family members who were attending the same party all stayed there with no evidence of any electrical issues

It had a bath the bed was comfortable and it was a large room

Although the room was clean, the rest of the property was shabby and cluttered. Seeing the mucky toes of the breakfast server put my wife off her breakfast

Smooth check-in, room was spacious and comfortable, friendly staff. Breakfast was also good.

The owners waited for us and warmly greeted us despite our late check-in. They went out of their way to help us find food late at night. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was also good. The owners were genuinely interested in getting to know us, and we had some really nice conversations.

Rooms were a bit hot, no ACs. But given how old the place is its understandable

Very comfortable and it was clean, staff were good. Cool old building

Breakfast was great but could have been a little bigger and breakfast service stops at 9. Just a niggle, not an actual negative.
