Schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit Blick auf Meer. Zentrum zu Fuss in 20-30min erreichbar.

Viel zu heiss. Ein Hotel in Strandnähe sollte zumindest über einen Ventilator verfügen. Personal war nicht so freundlich.

The room was a good size and location was excellent

No air con

I would like to make a complaint regarding our recent stay. We booked a room at East Cliff Hotel by Belvilla for two nights. However, when we arrived, we were informed that we would be staying at the Carlton Hotel instead. Before accepting the alternative accommodation, we specifically asked the receptionist whether the room had air conditioning, and we were told that it did. However, when we entered the room, we discovered that there was no air conditioning at all, only fans. The room was also not clean and did not meet the standard we expected when making our booking. Due to the hot weather, the lack of air conditioning made our stay very uncomfortable and significantly affected our experience. We are disappointed that we did not receive the hotel we originally booked and that the alternative accommodation did not match the information provided to us on arrival. We would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and arrange appropriate compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your assistance.
