Well...the online check-in process was ridiculous, we were asked on several occasions to upload selfies, having done them already, kept being told if we didn't then the booking would be cancelled. Then we arrived on a saturday 10 mins before 3pm check-in and were told room wasn't ready which was fair enough as we were a bit early. The bins were all full, no cups for a cup of tea. However....this went on until about 6pm, we were then told the cleaners hadn't actually turned up that morning and they were trying to find some through an agency! This was at 6pm!! There was one poor girl on her own on reception the whole weekend and I felt really sorry for her, she was doing her best to keep everyone calm. Eventually got in the room about 6.30pm. A supervisor was in when we checked out on monday morning, we tried to explain to her how we felt about our arrival but she came across as really not interested, so we gave up and left. If they are going to continue booking out rooms during the summer then they really need a better system of doing so, as this really was unacceptable.

Close to city centre centre

Over priced, could not use washing machines as the key would not me in for £300 a week this bad even though you have to pay to use the machines

Se trata de una residencia de estudiantes y aprovechamos que el alojamiento está menos ocupado durante el mes de agosto para pasar unos días allí a muy buen precio. El personal de recepción es muy amable y nos dieron todas las facilidades (toallas, poder dejar las maletas en recepción hasta nuestra hora de partida, indicaciones, etc.). Hay gente joven, pero es un sitio muy tranquilo ya que la mayoría de los huéspedes están estudiando. Considerando el tipo de alojamiento que es y lo que puede ofrecer, las instalaciones y la ubicación están muy bien. Hay una parada de bus a unos 100 metros que te conecta con el centro antiguo de la ciudad y a 10 minutos andando hay una zona más comercial en la que puedes encontrar supermercados, tiendas de ropa, librerías, empresas de alquiler de coches, etc. La estación de autobuses está a 5 minutos andando (allí te dejará el autobús A1 del aeropuerto o podrás cogerlo para tu vuelta). Hemos estado muy a gusto.

Se trata de una residencia de estudiantes que ofrece una alojamiento sencillo. Durante el mes de agosto suelen poner a punto las instalaciones para los estudiantes que las ocuparan durante el curso siguiente. Por tanto, hay que tener en cuenta que puede haber operarios trabajando algunos días. A pesar de esto, no es una gran molestia y se compensa con la ubicación, las conexiones y el precio (que en nuestro caso, y por los días que estuvimos, fue muy adecuado).

Comfortable bed and pleasant staff.

The room was very hot. There wasn’t any cooking facilities even though there was a kitchen, no kettle, toaster, or pots and pans, plates, etc. Although the hob didn’t work. The area was very loud and we had to leave the windows open. The towels were dirty. We asked for replacement towels but they never arrived so has to use a hand towel we had brought. The place was very unclean and trash and mud in the corridor, lift, etc.

Location is nice, near the bus station and the centre

It was absolutely disgusting. Dirty, not only in the corridors and shared areas, but inside the rooms as well. Corridors were filled with dust, trash (like cans and bags from food). Don’t even get me started on the kitchen. The fridge smelled terrible and all the facilities as well. Also is unlikely to see some stuff at the front desk to ask something.

Ich war drei Tage dort - nie wieder! Das Studio war unzumutbar dreckig und der Müll von meinem Vorgänger war noch da. Als ich am nächsten Tag ein anderes Studio verlangte, sagte die junge Frau an der Rezeption, dass keine Studios verfügbar seien, sie aber eine Reinigung vorbeischickt. Nach 10 Stunden! war das Zimmer noch immer nicht gereinigt und ich ging erneut zur Rezeption. Nun war zum Glück ein junger Herr da, der mir weiterhelfen konnte und mir ein neues Studio anbot. Er entschuldigte sich für seine Kollegin, dass sie neu sei und noch nicht viel Ahnung habe. Das ist an sich auch okay - aber wenn ich keine Ahnung habe, frage ich jemanden, der Bescheid weiß und denk mir nicht einfach was aus!? Das nächste Studio war besser, Klopapier und Mülleimer fehlten aber gänzlich. Am nächsten Tag fiel die Technik aus und meine Karte ging nicht mehr. Leider kam ich ohne Karte noch nicht einmal ins Hotel....und leider war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, um mich reinzulassen. Absolute Enttäuschung und ich konnte es kaum erwarten abzureisen.

Para empezar cuando llegamos a la hora del check-In tuvimos que esperar una hora ya que aún no la habían limpiado, luego las zonas comunes de interior como de exterior están increíblemente sucias, el colchón era bastante incómodo, no incluía ningún material de cocina entonces sirve de poco tenerla si no tienes ni una sartén, la ducha se embozaba y acababa oliendo mal. Además es una calle muy ruidosa que no te permite descansar bien.
