Hudson House Burnley

Great location with beautiful traditional houses mostly of Victorian time. No breakfast was included. Walking distance to the town centre.

My door lock code kept playing, it took a few trying every time to open the entrance door. It was stressful and upsetting. I did report to the hosts but they didn’t believe in spite of my two videos I recorded and sent to them.

Problem with comunication . My driver lost about 1h to get to the room . I never need to pay deposit from booking it was also dificult for me this time and took time

I not attending, even closer I paid online £51.00, I don’t see in advertising About £100 deposit, I maybe I was predicted but for me upfront extra money not working for me , for example Innovation House, just text me about taken £100 deposit if be something damaged But not upfront I come for 4 days/ two days I rented from innovation house Burnley, without problem,

Nothing because you not given me chance, and declined my request for refund Also mentioned Philippine lady , who was so aggressive, judged me, this not very good for customers, I never be try again

Beddings have not changed, dusty room and the toilet wasn't flushed

The stairs were incredibly steep. I would stay again but only in a ground floor room.
