"An interesting location close to the ancient town of Garstang and the Forest of Bowland."

"A beautifully located accommodation for our weekend away"

Set in peaceful countryside but, at the same time, only 5 minutes drive from shops and facilities this was an ideal base for our weekend visiting friends. Plenty of parking, access straight forward, clean and comfortable with great views across open farmland and the adjacent canal.

We were more than happy with the facilities for a weekend away. The only slight issue was that the freezer box within the fridge was quite iced up which limited access to the ice box and cut down space on the top shelf of the fridge.

"Marvelous cottage"

House was immaculate, very well equipped, beautiful inside and out. Julie the owner was great to deal with. Perfect countryside location but plenty of things to see and do within a short drive. Had a nice walk along the canal, Julie recommended a nice stop for a cool drink on a hot evening

"Amazing Property - Beautiful Location"

The easiest 10/10 ever This property looked really nice on the website yet exceeded my expectations when we arrived. Great attention to detail throughout - Welcome pack on arrival (Which is always nice) Having living accomodation upstairs is great as the views from the property were fantastic

Our stay was too short - We would have happily stayed longer
