Beautiful room in great location.

Good location in town

Showers and bath need a bit of updating

Location was excellent. Rustic and spacious apartment in the center of Lucca. Apartment was a good size and bed was comfy. Good value for money.

Would have been nice to have a seating area in the apartment to relax in. Apartment did not have a fridge. Make sure you bring some earplugs if needing an early night as the apartment is right next to a bar which can get quite loud.

Location was excellent! Everything was relatively comfortable, and there was both wi-fi and AC as described in the listing.

Bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but it wasn't too bad overall.

Extraordinary location, lovely space.

No support when we reported issues or questions. The shower did not drain and no one came to fix it even after we reported the problem. The hairdryer and electric kettle did not work in the room.; the plugs did not fit the outlets. We had to go out into the main hall to use them.

Good location, a clean room, and you can use a share kitchen for cooking

If you have limited moving you can't use the stairs

Very well-placed, cozy apartment; silent street, even if close to the Piazza dell'Anfiteatro; a lot of good services around (close to a supermarket, to great restaurants, cafés and gelatos). It really helped to make of Lucca a great place to stay and visit the region.

The staircase is extremely steep. This is not friendly to anyone who has any mobility difficulties / if you need to carry a suitcase, so is something to keep in mind. Our first night, there was an electricity power cut in the unit, and we remained without light for a couple of hours as the power unit is in the bedroom downstairs (inaccessible to other guests), which meant the room quickly became insufferably hot. The hosts did not provide us any re-compensation for this experience. The A/C is old and quite loud and takes a while to cool down the room, no fan was provided for extra air movement, and therefore, during hot summers the room poses some temperature challenges. Leaving the windows open at night is not feasible given that there are a lot of restaurants below and there is noise until late at night.
