40 steps up to room,shower was broken,TV was ,broken lighting on stairs,,main door to room was glass and when lights in stairwell were pot on light came in to room,blood on bed sheet,

Excellent location, right on the main square with lots of restaurants and shops right on the door step. Room was spotless, comfy beds, clean bathroom with lovely big bath. Checking in and out super easy. Loved staying in an old traditional Lucca building but with modern comforts. Stairs looked a little bit daunting but my 6 year old loved them- he felt like we were staying in a secret hideout! Great value for money! Thank you Sara!

Great location, big spacious room

The key to the room door was tricky. After the 3 nights I got the hang of it but it took time and was a concern if I needed to get out quickly in the night.

Good confort and nice location

The box’s key was broken, we call the contact number and she say we keep trying (even when we did everything to open it) and when we call for second time she call a colleague to come to the accommodation with another key. It got 1 hour since we arrive from a long day to get in the room. The second lady was kind. No bad comments about the room

Location was magnifico, the stairs up to appt had a wow factor. Local tours showing our building as has so much history. Host Sarah was a beautiful host and very helpful. Already want to come back in September. Thanks Sarah Joseph
