A luxurious annexe, spacious clean and comfortable with your own little garden. The host lives next door and was always there to help. Only a short distance from the market town of Leominster where you will find excellent cafes and shops. Had a lovely stay and will be back. Many thanks

The location is lovely and good for dogs. Mel is an amazing host and very warm and friendly. Lots of personal touches showing how much they care about the property and that their guests feel welcome.

Location, beautiful area. Very, very comfortable, had no idea how big the property was, until we got inside! I’m in a wheelchair, the bathroom is downstairs and set up for someone with a disability, that was a real bonus. Mel was there when we arrived, she was an utter delight, so helpful and very kind. This property is of a VERY high standard, we loved it, could of moved in permanently 😊🤣♥️

The property is ideal for a rural getaway while having easy road access to Leominster and Hereford, the county and South Shropshire. The location is equipped and furnished to high standard and has many considered details indicating the owner has thought about guests' needs to a great degree. That was confirmed by the welcome and occasional contact during the week checking we had everything we needed for a most enjoyable week.

The bathroom is on the ground floor, main bedroom and lounge on the first - just the nature of the building's cozy size.

The little cottage (it’s described as an annexe) but is a little stand alone cottage with its own outdoor patio/seating area is stunning and beautifully furnished.

This is a well laid out, comfortable and well equipped holiday home. The location is great too, with easy access to Leominster, Hereford and the surrounding countryside. Host Mel was helpful and friendly.

Absolutely fabulous stay as usual. First time without the dogs. This cottage is beautiful and has everything you could think of or need. Mel makes sure there are muffins, jam and butter, milk and flapjacks available. Also tge kitchen is fully equipped. The air con in the lounge was a godsend as it was so hot. Mel & Guy are amazing hosts

Mel was very attentive, supplied us little treats through the week, & made our dog Luna so welcome. Had a lovely chat with her husband Guy, who had a keen intresr in cars which was a nice bonus for me.

As far as we were concerned, there wasn't anything not to like...

A lovely part of rural Herefordshire, with beautifull walks on your doorstep and many plaaces to sightsee nearby, or just relax listening to the birdsong outside the annexe.

The annexe was perfect for our stay. Very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Lots of little extras included to make your stay more comfortable - pretty much everything has been thought of. There is a little sunny courtyard to sit out in, which is completely secure for the dog. It was lovely to arrive and find drinks facilities and sweet treats after a long journey. Mel is a lovely host, she and Guy are unobtrusive but next door if needed. Try the bakery goods - so tasty! The hamlet is very peaceful, with a great walk right next to cottage. The proximity to lots of places of interest makes it an ideal location. We would certainly return when in the area again. Thank you, Mel, for a great few days!

A proper table and chairs in courtyard to enable you to eat outside would be better. Bigger bed - but that's a preference rather than a criticism!
