The flat is very tired and in need of updating The beds were so uncomfortable you could feel every spring in them i am not sure smoke alarms should be on window ledges and the floor very noisy at night with loud music being played into the early hours

Good location for what we needed for the weekend

Quite a tired property lots of little things need fixing up toilet seat needs changing

Wasting 2 hours trying to contact property to gain access. Having to find other accomodation last minute. Having to co tact booking .com to cancel and do paperwork to be refunded. Reply from property 2 hour after check in "Sorry phone dead" The hallway of building which was all we could access is very dirty and poorly maintained.

The properly was in need of cleaning and in a bad state of repair. The owner admitted that it needed work but wouldn’t refund the last 2 nights of our stay. We only stayed 1 night it was that bad

The property was spacious and clean the decor was modern and well maintained . Great apartment for a night away . Close to the town and for Newmarket races

Location was ideal and Grand property

The property is tired and not as advertised. Property hadnt been properly cleaned, windows rotten to the point glass coming away from frame, Fridge unclean, window netting ripped and dirty, shower was held with Tie wrap, toilet seat loose and cistern not correctly secured , wardrode handles hanging off , bed comfy and clean pillows very Hard. Biscuits and milk supplied out of date by several months . Lounge carpet badly stained .
