Good location, host was very accommodating. Rooms a good size. Double beds seemed quite comfortable but wish I brought my own soft pillows.

Wouldn’t take much to fix the leak and paint the ceiling to avoid some of the negative reviews. Shower button is on the wrong way, would take a couple of minutes to take the casing off and put the button back on correctly. Basically you’ve got to have the button pointing to cold for it to be hot. Again easy fix to avoid the negative reviews. Glad I didn’t have to sleep on the sofa bed as it felt incredibly uncomfortable unless there’s a mattress topper somewhere that I didn’t see.

Good location for Newmarket.

Large patch of mould on the ceiling of the master bedroom. 2 cracked windows of the master bedroom. Master bedroom is on main road and as its not double glazed was noisy from the traffic. Shower was terrible. No pressure at all Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Mattress topper had stain on so didn't use. Was a spare duvet provided but no linen for it. Using "luxury" is misleading

The pillows were very hard, there is a strong smell of damp in large double bedroom due to a previous leak water stains on ceiling.

Great location, loved hearing the horses in the morning! Good amount of space, comfortable beds, handy kitchen. Easy access, good car parking space, easy to find. Nice decor. Some nice extras such as a couple of books, shampoo and conditioner and bits and pieces in the kitchen. We had a good time.

Mould on the bedroom ceiling and when it rained it leaked, so we were woken in the middle of the night by dripping water. Hopefully this is a new thing that can be fixed ASAP. Also would like a range of pillows. There were plenty of them but they were all huge, too big for myself and my son. We ended up using the cushions to sleep on. Then there is the shower. We've had some odd ones during our UK travels but this one was the by far the most complicated to use. It doesn't make any sense and the cord holding the shower rose in place moves constantly and gets in the way. Instructions on usage would be handy as the indicator on the knob seems to work the opposite way to what you would expect.

The location was good. The beds were comfortable.

I wouldnt return. The cooker hob did not work. There was mould on the bedroom ceiling. There were stains in the bath and on carpets in the bedroom.

This is a spacious, comfortable apartment. Well-appointed for easy reach of the centre of Newmarket. The hosts provided some basics tea, coffee, milk etc and some treats.

The kitchen was not very well equipped. However the hosts were excellent at responding to requests.
