Two Bedroom Mansion House Apartment By AZ Luxury Stays Newmarket With Parking And WiFi

The location was ok

The building was really old and run down, not even lights outside. It smelt damp and was dirty. This is advertised as a luxury stay and it absolutely wasn't . It was not worth the £220 for 1 night absolutely not. The shower didn't work properly ... really false advertising not happy

It was freezing cold. Took 2 days to warm up, but never was warm. The windows are drafty. The common area is filthy. The bathroom is a health hazard. Someone’s plaster used to keep show in place. Toilet seat broken and dirty. Must book the Bedford Lodge across the road….the kitchen stays a constant freeze your ass temperature.

Very uncomfortable sofa, pillows were hard, stains in the carpets, some surfaces were not clean, damp smell in one bedroom,

Lovely, spacious, airy apartment. But it's need of some TLC. The sofa beds are not fit for purpose. They're the ones where you drop the back down not the pull out type and, where they've probably been used a lot, the sides slope downwards leaving a solid bar the length of the bed straight down the middle. It's impossible to sleep on like that. I ended up on the floor. The little bedroom bed is also uncomfortable, leaving you able to feel the springs in your arms! It's a real shame because it was clearly a lovely apartment but if they change the beds it will be lovely again. The contacts were incredibly helpful and they let us have an early check in at 12 instead of 3. I don't want to put anyone off but nobody, not even a small child, could sleep on the sofa bed.
