It was a lovely place with lots of wildlife and a friendly resident dog. From the pictures, it looks like you look out onto fields. You don't. The view from the large balcony is of the driveway and the owners' house and the hills in the distance, it wasn't not nice, but just not what I was expecting. The owners are super friendly and very helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a lovely stay.

Nothing really. Although, you could do with a cafetiere or italian coffee pot for coffee as we didn't bring coffee pods!

"A little slice of peace and quiet"

A wonderful location, brilliant for a quiet time, away from the busy world and just to enjoy time with loved ones. Facilities are top notch and beautifully presented throughout, this was truly a much needed break and couldn't think of a better place to do it. Will definitely be returning and coming back. A* THANK YOU

Everything! Beautiful decor and furnishings. Perfect for a calming break.

I struggled a little with the outside steps and a handrail would have been really good.

Location, Location, location Beautifully appointed, peace and quiet, just the sounds of the birds singing. Lovely balcony to sit outside on with a cuppa. Well equipped kitchen. Great directions from the village provided. The Hare and Hounds in the village is recommended - we had a very nice meal there!

*would have liked a handrail on the external stairs *bigger bath towels would be better *the oven did not appear to be very clean, which put us off from using it * a little HenHouse sign would be helpful

The Christmas tree was a lovely touch and the decor was beautiful.

The oven was big disappointment and concern. All the inner coating had eroded and and looked very unappealing/ unhygienic, for cooking food in. To be honest , I was very surprised by how bad this actually was, as the rest of the house was immaculate. The view from the living room glass balcony was also a little disappointing, as I didn't realise we'd be looking over the neighbours wheelie bins!!
